    Granted to the personality who is aware and able to influence through the development of the vision, mission, goals, and strategies of the institution and its values, and to determine its goals. They are a good role model and work to enhance the culture of excellence, creativity, and development. They stimulate production and create an environment for successful work.
  • The Golden Merit Medal in the field of Wise Management:
    Granted to the personality / institution that implements the goals and strategies of work and full preparation and planning to achieve the goals and strategies and ensure the development of businesses to increase productive efficiency and develop individuals to complete what is lacking from skills, experiences and work in a team spirit and strive for development and benefit from the human and financial infrastructure with the greatest achievements and the least costs.
  • The Golden Merit Medal in the field of Distinguished Initiatives:
    Granted to the personality / institution that lead to the provision of successful solutions and the establishment of works, projects, and modern and advanced administrative, financial, or cognitive systems that can be applied, and it has positive effects on the level of its performance and the extent of the sophistication and quality of the services it provides to the administration and / or to the public of dealers in any private or public work.
